No data protection officer has been appointed. This statement covers the website entysia.com. The applications entysia OS (os.entysia.com) and entysia Gaze (gaze.entysia.com) have their own statements.
2. This website
This website sets no cookies. It runs no advertising, no third-party tracking and no social media plugins. Fonts, images and films are served from our own domain; no request leaves to a font provider or a video platform. The only thing it keeps in your browser is your answer to our statistics question (section 3), and only once you have given one.
3. How we count attention
We count only if you say yes. On your first visit a small card asks whether we may count your visit. Until you answer yes, nothing is read from your device and nothing is sent. If you say yes, this website is measured with entysia Gaze, our own software (gaze.entysia.com): when a page is opened, the script sends to our counting service the page; which sections were on your screen and for how long; the deepest section you reached before leaving; where in a section you clicked; whether you used a contact or outbound link (recorded as the name of the destination, never the address); whether the request form was started or sent and, if it was left unsent, at which field (by the field’s name, never what you typed); how far a film was watched; your device class (phone or desktop); the type of source you came from (search engine, link, direct and the like); and campaign labels in the link you arrived by. The hosting platform derives country, region and city from your IP address at the moment of the request; only those three are stored. All of it is kept as sums only, such as “62 of 100 visits had the second section on screen”.
The script sets no cookie and takes no fingerprint; neither your IP address nor your browser signature is stored, and the counts carry no identifier. In your browser it reads the page address with its campaign labels, the referring site (only its type is kept), the browser’s name (only to leave out bots) and whether the device is operated by touch. Your answer to the question (yes or no, and the day) is kept in your browser’s local storage under gz_consent so that we ask only once; it holds nothing else. A browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated as a no and not asked. You can change your answer at any time with “Statistics settings” at the foot of every page; a no stops the counting at once. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive and the national rules that implement it, such as § 25(1) TDDDG in Germany). The counts are stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt) under a data processing agreement. Details of the service: gaze.entysia.com/privacy.
4. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical access data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. We use this data only to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the USA are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as these purposes require.
5. The request form and writing to us
When you send the request form, we receive your name, company, e-mail address, the kind of work and your message. They are passed through our server and sent as one e-mail to our mailbox by Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, from servers in the European Union, under a data processing agreement. The form stores nothing on the website. We use the data to answer you and to prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our e-mail is hosted by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland; the European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection. We delete messages once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
6. WhatsApp
You can also write to us on WhatsApp. The link on this website only opens WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you write. If you do, WhatsApp is operated for users in Europe by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, which processes your phone number, your profile and your messages under its own terms and privacy policy, also in the USA. We use what you write only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you prefer, write to us by e-mail instead.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). A short e-mail to hello@entysia.com is enough.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. The authority responsible for us is the Commission for Personal Data Protection of Bulgaria (КЗЛД), www.cpdp.bg.
9. Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
